The movie adaptation of the 1960’s tv series is loaded with hot guys and glamorous gals.
Hotties Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer team up in this film version of the 1960’s hit TV series, The Man from U.N.C.L.E as CIA Operative Napoleon Solo and KGB agent Ilya Kuryakin. The two are forced to put aside their longstanding hostilities and work together in a mission to stop a mysterious international criminal organization, which is bent on destabilizing the fragile balance of power through the proliferation of nuclear weapons and technology.
Glamorous gals Alicia Vikander plays Gaby Teller, the daughter of the vanished German scientist, who is the key to infiltrating the criminal organization, and Elizabeth Debicki as Victoria, the evil fascist Italian socialite who kidnapped Gaby’s father and who’s trying to make a nuclear weapon.
The Man from U.N.C.L.E also stars Jared Harris, and Hugh Grant as Waverly.
The screenplay was written by Guy Ritchie & Lionel Wigram, who previously collaborated on re-imagining the classic detective Sherlock Holmes in two hit films.
Distributed by Warner Bros Pictures, the movie is set for release across the Philippines on August 13.
